Rue Hitoma (比等間 ルウ, Hitoma Rū) is a main character in the Over Drive Girl 1/6 manga and Over Drive Girls manga by Öyster, as well as the anime adaptation.
A character from the smartphone game Heiki Musume Wars (Weapon Girl Wars), and one of the moving figures. Her visual motif is based on the JSDF Type 10 tank, and as in the game, she is extremely pleased when she receives head pats. She feels enamored with Haruto Bouida, who spent ridiculous amounts of money on micro transactions on her, and she thus calls him with the affectionate nickname of "Commander Haru." [1]
Appearance[]
Rue has a short hair, headphone antennas and big goggles. She wears a skinny outfit with cut out pants that fully reveal her underpants. Around her chest, she has a tank cannon.
Personality[]
She loves Haruto deeply and thinks she is his favourite due to the amount of money he spend in her game for her. Because of that she was ready to eliminate all others and fight for him, so that she is the only one she loves. As she is used to fight and win for Haruto, if she loses she feels very ashamed and would cry. Because of her game, she loves receiving head pats and will always make her happy when she receives one.
Plot[]
Rue abducted Nona while she was sleeping, wanting to eliminate the other figures too, to have Haruto love only her. None used her Shadow Nona form to defeat her. She then went to Haruto to report her failure and requested head pats.
She then spend the rest of the time with the other moving figures, and like the rest, she was attempting to get his love.
Power & Abilities[]
- Tank Cannon: Coming from a tank-girl game, she is capable of firing tank rounds from the tank cannon on her chest with great accuracy.
Etymology[]
- Rue's surname Hitoma means "ratio, proportion" (比) (hi), "etc., and so forth, class (first), quality, equal, similar" (等) (to) and "while, time, interval, space" (間) (ma).
